Sleep
As part of our Health and Wellbeing Strategy, we are aiming to improve the quality of sleep of our young people. That means we will aim to:
- change and improve the sleep behaviours of pupils from 3-18
- ensure teachers and other health professionals understand the science and research relating to sleep and are trained in delivering sleep education programs.
- have a community which understands and promotes the importance of sleep
- develop and utilise a tool that will allow the impact of improved sleep to be assessed.
