Ideally start mid-July for training, the post is as follows:
Mon 4 – 6pm
Thursday 5 – 9pm
Duties: answering the phone, booking appointments and organising the online diary, dealing with emails, social media and correspondence. Preparing files, scanning, photocopying and filing. Taking payments and preparing end of day banking reconciliation, ordering stock. Any other duties as requested by physiotherapy Manager.
Due to the nature of the business and the need for confidentiality ideally we are looking for a mature individual with good numerical and organisational skills who will be a positive and confident member of staff.
