Developing the Young Workforce (DYW)
Developing the Young Workforce is the national drive to decrease youth unemployment in Scotland. Schools have a responsibility to do as much as we can to prepare young people for the world of work and open up job opportunities for all. In Blairgowrie High School we are very well supported by numerous organisations in our locality providing opportunities for young people to develop employability skills through a variety of methods. These are outlined in our Blairgowrie Business Partnership Programme.
